Weinbereitung (Wine Production)
An interesting reference book made at the end of the 19th century was “Die Weinbereitung und die Kellerwirtschaft” (the production of wine and cellar management), edited by Dr. H. von der Lippe, who was at that time an expert on the area of noble rot for sure. Unfortunately I was not able to determin his specific family origin. But at least it gives a good feeling to know that there were wine expert(s?) in the family even if there was no vineyard owned by a “von der Lippe” :-).
